Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Check-In: 2:00 PM EST

Check-Out: 11:00 AM EST

Valid credit card information must be provided at time of making reservation: over phone, online, or in person. Cards are only charged in the event that you check out without paying, cause damages to the motel room, or are in violation of our cancellation policy. (NO Deposits are needed for motel rooms)

Rates are subject to change without notice.

No refunds on early checkouts.

Early check-ins will be charged for a full day. Early check ins must be okayed at time of making reservation, no early check-ins will be okayed for arrivals before 11:30 AM EST.

Late check-outs will be charged an additional $20 for every 30 mins past check out time (11:00 AM EST). Late check-outs must be okayed no later than at the time of check in. Late check-outs will not be accepted if there are check-ins to that room on that day.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express and Personal out-of-town checks are NOT accepted.

3 Night minimum is required on all major HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. During snowmobile season (Dec 1st - March 31st) we require a 2-night minimum.

For Cancellations, we must receive a ONE-WEEK notice prior to the day of your arrival. If you cancel within the one-week notice before your arrival, you will not receive any charges to your card on file and you will get a confirmation cancellation email. If you cancel within the one week before arrival, or we have not received a call that you are cancelling your reservation, you will be charged for the full stay on the credit card you reserved the room with.
